We are now offering free telephone and video call energy advice sessions, to support those self-isolating during the Coronavirus epidemic. At our friendly energy cafes, trained advisors can:

  • give independent advice on how to you can pay less for your electricity and gas
  • help you to apply for discounts and grants
  • explain how to make your home more energy efficient
  • advise on energy debt

There is no charge for these advice sessions and you can pick up a free reusable coffee cup worth £7.
