How does it work?
Our lighting upgrade for community buildings programme works on a “pay as you save” model so that you can spend money on important community activities, instead of energy bills. We’ll calculate your estimated energy bill savings and fund the upfront cost through community finance and investment. As a result, you’ll be able to spread the cost over up to 10 years and save money month-on-month.Who do we work with?
We work with community buildings such as schools, community centres, libraries and leisure centres. We are actively seeking buildings for pre-feasibility studies that:- Are in Bromley, Greenwich, Lewisham and Southwark
- Are in use for more than 8 hours per day, and
- Currently contain no/few LED lights.
