My daughter and I cannot speak highly enough of Simon aka
"THE HEAT DOCTOR"
Regarding the outstanding service we received. Smon went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were evident.
What really meant so much to us was his willingness to go the extra mile whether it was explaining things clearly and patiently, offering helpful advice, or taking the time to check and double check radiators and removing off the wall to ensure nothing was missed and everything tackled to putting in a new energy saving light bulb in our loft as our current one had blown a long time ago and not reachable.
He didn’t just do the job he did it with care and pride.
Simon spent all day working hard without a break, he was able to get our current stop cock working after an arduous battle, which many other engineers gave up on and admitted defeat but not Simon his perservence ensured he got it working, saving us money from having to pay for a new one to be fitted. We were beyond gratefull for this. Before leaving he double checked everything and ensured everything was running smoothly.
It’s rare to find someone who combines expert knowledge with such a warm, kind demeanor. I spoke to Paul at SELCE, not really knowing what to expect
My experience was exceptional, Paul was very professional, knowledgeable, competent, ethical, attentive and patient.
Paul not only made me aware of All I was entitled to due to residing in the Borough, but also the connection SELCE have with so many Organisations, who can offer other services (including the fire brigade installing a smoke alarm!)
I was overwhelmed, I was not aware of SELCE or all they do to help us and our community
So much information also on the website

We would just like to say how grateful we are to Syndsey Ballet for all the help we received really helpful we are two debts sort of worrying us. We got both of those sorted out which was a relief and we also got help with a washing machine Which you won’t believe it was a real game changer being without one for a few weeks and not be able to afford one Sydney Made us feel very relaxed I suffer anxiety myself, but Syndsey Was very calm and patient and nothing was too much trouble really lovely lady.
