Identify the most cost effective path to get your properties to an EPC score of C.
Our assessor visits the property and carries out a survey of the existing building fabric, it’s energy efficiency, ventilation needs and any problems that might affect upgrades to the property.
This is then used to produce an EPR (Energy Performance Report) rating for the house currently.
The data from the survey is fed into calculation software to produce your ‘Getting to C’ report.
How Does it Work?

What’s Included in this Service?
You will receive a PAS 2035 compliant retrofit assessment and a “Getting to C” retrofit plan that tells you exactly which retrofit measures will be the most effective for yourself and your tenants.
This includes a current EPC rating for your property, how you could get to the C rating and options to further improve your property in the future.
You also get a run down of any ventilation improvements needed and any defects that need repairing before you make your improvements.
