A short awareness-raising workshop for your team

Are your staff team aware of the impacts of the cold on heath and wellbeing? Do they know where to direct clients for help and support? This short workshop (between 15 minutes and 1 hour) is designed to give your team the knowledge they need to identify fuel poverty and take the first steps to intervene. This workshop can form part of a staff meeting, a staff training day or inset day. It is particularly appropriate for teams that work with older people, people on low income or those with pre-existing health conditions that may be exacerbated by the cold.
